Augmented Reality Neuron
For this project, I created an Augmented Reality experience that allows users to explore the structure and function of a neuron interactively. The AR experience brings the neuron to life, enabling users to engage with its key components—Soma, Axon, Myelin Sheath, Terminal Buttons, and Dendrites—through a digital overlay in the real world. Upon tapping a letter and triggering its animation, an audio identification and description of the neuron component is read aloud. This immersive approach encourages users to explore and better understand the roles each part of the neuron plays in transmitting neural signals, providing a unique, hands-on learning opportunity that supplements traditional educational materials.
